Sungazing is an ancient method of reconnecting with the Sun. This is done through the gradual process of looking into a direct sunlight coming from the sun self. By looking inot sun you are establishing a very strong connecting with the source of all life on this planet which is the Sun. Before we go any further important guidelines must be mentioned. Dont look into sun if you dont feel you are called by the sun to do so already and if you dont feel fully comfortable to do so. Start with only 10 seconds and ad another 10-15 seconds next day and another 10 seconds next day and on and on. Untill you reach 44 minutes. There you stop. At this pont your being becomes ''solar charged'' and you do not need to continue with gardual sungazing. You can sungaze if you wish and I am sungazing just for the beauty of it and for the connection with the sun . Start sungazing only within 1 hour after sunrise and within 1 hour before sunset. Do not stare into sun when it is high. The light is too bright. This could damage your sight!
I have been Sungazing from March 2009 and what Sun gave to me through sungazing is difficult to describe. But these are the effects of the sungazing - I have stopped eating 3 meals a day I can only have 2 smaller meals a day or less. I feel energised much more than before and my friends noticed the difference. I can always recommend sungazing to everyone who feels connection with the sun. Always use common sense, do not try to do in one week what takes at least half a year. During sngazing sun will be making massive changes inside your energetic system. This might will look strange to some people. After my sungazing got over 10 min I did not sungaze in public places anymore I found the place in the nature and later in my garden when I could manage looking into sunwithin more than 1 hour after sunrise. This was though after 25 min of continuous sungazing. I let myself to be guided by the sun and I trust sun 100%. 44 minuytes is the goal of the sungazing process because it takes 44 minutes for the all blood to move through retinas where the sunlight touches the blood. To reach 44 minutes will take about 6-9 months. This will depend on the weather and on your connection with the sun. There will be some tremendous changes in your energetic body so PLEASE DO USE COMMON SENSE AND DO NOT RUSH!!!! Plese note, if you would feel non comnfortable with the porcess or would worry about your sight, stop sungazing. Feel free to contact your optician and ask for an eye test. I would not be mentioning sungazing as the society is so strongly enslaved by the lies about sunlight. Althought I need to Say The Day after I completyed sungazing and reached 44 minutes The Independent published and Article on the front page saying that Scientist ''made a remarkable discovery'' - Sunlight being the best cure for cancer. Tips for enjoyable sungazing Get a stop watch or timer Always be comfortable and empty minded when sungazing - you will find out why.. I found it very helpful to chant RRRRRAAAAAA all the way through on some days and be completely silent on other days I found sungazing helps me doping long Qi Qong sessions and QiQong helps me with long sungazing sessions - this has been discovered in August during second lot of sungazing. After I finish each sungazing session I always thank the sun and close my eyes for few seconds or few minutes depending on the lenght of sungazing. Sun will teach you what food is useful for you to eat and what food is not helpful to your body. Get ready for some exciting changes..... Feel free to ask any question and always follow common sense.
